In late June 2013, Dan tweeted:[1] "Saturdays Mission : Marina & The Diamonds."
In a now-deleted Twitter thread from August 9, 2013, Dare claimed to have worked with Marina roughly a month prior.
On June 26, 2014, in a now-deleted tweet, Dan said:[2] "Recording and mixing @MarinasDiamonds at @MajorTomsStudio" with a photograph attached. A day later, Marina responded:[3] "I've only ever worked with Dan once. This photo is from 2013. ✌"
Later in 2016, Dan replied to a now-deleted tweet:[4] "yeah I do but there never be released, sorry! Marina is the best! ❤️" This may possibly be in reference to unreleased tracks.[speculated]
It could be assumed Dan Dare was lying due to him deleting the original 2013 and 2014 tweets after being called out by Marina.[speculated]
