David "Dave" Andrew Sitek, also known as Maximum Balloon, is an American musician and record producer, known for his work with his band, "TV on the Radio". He co-wrote Like the Other Girls for Marina Diamandis' scrapped repackage of her debut studio album, The Family Jewels.
