Enjoy Your Life is a song by Marina Diamandis, released under her current stage name 'MARINA'. Appearing on her fourth studio album, LOVE + FEAR, it is the 5th track on the album.
The song was written by Marina, Noonie Bao and Oscar Holter, and produced by Holter and Oscar Görres.

Background[]
In May 2018, the song was written in Sweden,[1] with True, Believe in Love and Orange Trees, at this point however, she thought the album was already done.[2]
On December 13, Marina posted a 7-second snippet the song to her Twitter and Instagram.[3]
On April 4, 2019, Enjoy Your Life was released digitally with the other LOVE tracks. Marina explained why on social media:[4]
❝ I created "LOVE + FEAR" as 2 separate records to be listened to individually. I'm releasing "LOVE" today so you can listen to it in full before we move onto "FEAR". Enjoy it here! ❞

However, on the 26th, when LOVE + FEAR was released in full, the "LOVE" portion was no longer available to stream separately. At an unknown date, it was made available to stream again.[6]

For her track by track interview with Apple, Marina said:[7]
❝ This is an anti-perfectionist song. I'm a massive list ticker, and one day I realised I was never going to tick everything off my list because the next day new things always appear. Life is not perfect and you shouldn’t try and make so. The weird thing is that when I wrote this—and a lot of the songs here—I was in such an unhappy place. I'd completely lost my bearings. So I was writing this song as a message to myself. These are self-motivating songs for me. ❞

❝ I think that when people hear [Enjoy Your Life] they think 'Wow! Marina's such a positive person'. But the thing is, when I wrote this song I was actually feeling kind of the opposite, like 'how do I enjoy life? How do you be happy? How can I be happy?'. And so I was writing it with two Swedish people - Noonie Nao and Oscar Holter - who are really good collaborators. And we had discussed this theme a lot and I wanted to make a song that was genuinely uplifting and that would encourage me to relax more, and to just accept the problems I have instead of trying to fix things all of the time. ❞
