The Love + Fear Tour is the fourth concert tour by Welsh singer-songwriter MARINA in support of her fourth studio album, LOVE + FEAR. The tour was announced alongside the album, and visited the UK, US, Canada and several European festivals, beginning in April 2019 and concluding in October 2019.

In February 2019 Marina announced the UK and US pre-sale tickets were available on the 20th, for those that pre-ordered LOVE + FEAR, and two days later the general sale would be on the 22nd.[1] This was the first time VIP tickets were available which worried fans they would have to pay to meet her, Marina assured a fan that "paying to meet me doesn't feel fair", and that she would explain the package.[2]

The VIP tickets would ensure premium seating (where applicable), early access to the merch stand, exclusive watercolour postcards designed by Marina, tote bag designed by Marina, and a collectable early entry tour laminate.[3]

A few months later in April, Marina tweeted more information about the tour:[4]

I just tried on all my outfits for tour and I can say... they are my best yet. I think you guys are gonna be surprised with this tour! It’s so different. I’ve always wanted create a show like this.
The show will be split into 2 halves, "Love" and "Fear", and structured like a theatre show. The set shifts throughout. An I will be joined by 4 multi-talented performers.[5]

For the first time Marina had no live band, but a set of dancers with her instead.

the LOVE + FEAR tour had a "shifting set" and four dancers.[6] During each song a different video would be projected on a screen behind Marina.

OLIMA designed the costumes for the tour,[7] with the "LOVE" and "FEAR" acts having a different costume.

Three artists were announced for the American Leg of the tour, Daya opened for six dates, followed by LPX, for four dates, and collaborators Broods opened for five dates, with the last five American dates having no opening act. Allie X opened for all dates on the European Leg.
